The Bridge Sports Complex Releases Summer 2024 Programming Guide

This season welcomes the addition of multi-sport competition, Clip n’ Climb events, and the return of popular programs including summer camp.

[Bridgeport, WV] March 18, 2024 – Summer is right around the corner and The Bridge Sports Complex is ready. The summer program guide, which is now available online, is packed with old favorites plus exciting new options.

Highlights of The Bridge’s summer programs include:

·      Full-day or half-day summer adventure camp for children entering grades K – 5 with select camps including swimming

·      Volleyball, flag football, and weightlifting camps

·      Ten adult leagues and an adult volleyball tournament

·      Weather the Storm Triathlon

·      Swim lessons

New this year is the Clip n’ Climb Summer Pass, a punch card good for five climbing sessions at a reduced price of $35. Summer Pass is valid from 6/3/24 – 8/31/24 and can be purchased at the Citynet Center front desk. It cannot be used for special events such as GLOW Party.

Prime Timers Senior Social Club, which is free to members, will continue to meet on the first Wednesday of every month. Birthday parties are on hold for the month of May and will resume in June. The 5% membership rate increase goes into effect July 1st and will not affect Silver Sneakers or Renew Active memberships.

City of Bridgeport and Bridgeport Public Library events are also included in the summer program guide.
