Droo Callahan brings a wealth of knowledge in sports management. Post playing professional soccer for several teams for 10 years, Callahan managed a large soccer club and Legacy Center Sports Complex in Brighton, Michigan. His experience brings event management and a high-level understanding in almost every sport. Droo is honored to take on this position and is looking forward to getting to know the community through The Bridge. The greater Bridgeport area is in transition to become a bustling destination and we are extremely lucky to be a part of this growth with this venue adding to the community.
Nikki is a certified early childhood instructor with 25 years of experience engaging in youth development and programming. She has been employed with the Harrison County Board of Education since 2008, during which time she had worked in special education, kindergarten, and preschool. Nikki loves being active in her community and is excited to grow the early childhood programs at The Bridge.
Bre directs daily aquatics operations and oversees aquatics programming. Prior to joining The Bridge, she worked as a Team Leader at the Academy Programs, Aquatics Director at the Harrison County YMCA, and Chiropract Assistant at Chiropractic Care Center. She graduated from Fairmont State University with a Regents Bachelor of the Arts Degree.
Kayla Kurczak comes to the Bridge after 9 years at Fairmont State University as Head Women's Tennis Coach. Prior to Fairmont Kayla spent 4 years coaching tennis at the high school level. Kayla also spent 13 years as a graphic designer at a local publishing company. Kayla graduated from Fairmont State with a Bachelor's in Graphic Technology while playing college tennis. Kayla has been involved in many other sports including basketball, volleyball, cross country and has played competitive pickleball at the 4.5/5.0 level for the past 5 years.
Maddy formerly taught 2nd & 3rd grade outside Phoenix before transitioning to the rail industry in a marketing/communications role. Prior to joining The Bridge staff, she worked at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management in Washington, DC. Maddy is excited to move into the sports & recreation industry and loves living in West Virginia.
Alyson Piot has been involved in sports/healthcare for over 10 years. She has been seen in the community as a fitness enthusiast and dietitian. She is excited for the chance to be a part of this facility in her own backyard.
Stacey Randolph comes to The Bridge with a culinary arts and restaurant management degree from Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts and over 20 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Stacey is excited about the opportunity to use her extensive knowledge to design a menu that everyone who visits the Game Day Café will enjoy!
Samantha supervises front desk operations and coaches volleyball at The Bridge. She has nearly 15 years of volleyball coaching experience for for middle and high school. A graduate of Fairmont State University with a Bachelors in Education K-6, Samantha was previously was a stay-at-home mom and a small town waitress. This is a dream job for Samantha because she can meet and greet people of all ages, develop a volleyball program, and instill a love of sports in youth athletes.
Chase Robey is eager to begin his career in his hometown where his love for sports started. He attended West Virginia University where his pursuit to work in the sports industry began. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, he now joins us from Salem University where he spent his time coaching men’s basketball and serving the student-athletes while receiving his Master’s in Business Administration. Chase is excited for the future positive impact that will be created in our communities through youth and adult programming.
Tiffany is a graduate of Alderson Broaddus College. A lifelong basketball player, Tiffany is excited for the opportunity to rejoin the sports industry in a role that provides a fun and positive environment for people of all ages.
Frankie has 15 years of experience in the culinary industry. She invents creative and delicious meals in the Game Day Cafe, where she can be found daily serving customers with a smile. Food and fitness are Frankie's life, and when she's not working, she's cooking for her family or working out.
Patrick Walker comes to The Bridge with a background in professional sports in a variety of positions from merchandise to entertainment to operations. He has a fandom of multiple sports and variety of favorite teams across the country. Patrick is excited to help open a brand new facility and be a part in creating a staple in the community for years to come.
Daron Washington comes to The Bridge from Alderson Broaddus University. He played and coached basketball at AB. With years of extensive sports knowledge as a coach and referee of several sports in West Virginia. Daron is looking forward to being part of the Sports programming and enhancing the development of others through sports in the state.
