The Bridge Sports Performance Program is geared toward assessing, developing, and progressing athletes of all ages. Utilizing testing metrics and mechanical evaluations, athletes are taken through programs designed specifically to address their needs as it relates to their sport and position. Focal points range from return-to-play and injury pre-and rehabilitation to year round sport-specific training and combine preparation. Current programs are offered as private sessions, semi-private/small group, or team training
